Don't be afraid to try different groups if the first one isn't great, if you have multiple clubs in your area. The accountability of getting on that scale every week makes ALL the difference. I started with 100-120 to lose, so I understand your dark place, but I PROMISE you, you can dig out of it. The time goes faster than you think it will. Day one is the hardest, then it just builds into this thing that is exciting and rewarding. I believe in you. Please keep me posted on your progress!Amyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16533254288284333103noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7290490544763015942.post-82540863027846828562013-10-22T11:26:40.198-07:002013-10-22T11:26:40.198-07:00HI Amy - I used to follow your blog during the jui...HI Amy - I used to follow your blog during the juicing days! It's great to see you blogging again. I just found you again! Yeah for your success and not giving up. I'm going to look up TOPS in my area and see what it's like. I have gained since my juicing ended. I'm back to my pre juice weight plus 6 pounds. I am in a dark place about it, but trying to dig myself back out. I have 146# to lose to be in a healthy range. That feels like a lot, but I'm working on 10# a month as my goal. On step at a time. Glad you're blogging!!Jillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16480711651397397140noreply@blogger.com
